Yes. All watches sold at TimePieceStore.com.au come with the original International manufacturer's warranty
and TimePieceStore 2-year warranty.
In the circumstances which give rise to a warranty claim, our customer care
consultant will assist you to ensure smooth and hassle-free warranty works.
TimePieceStore 2-year Warranty
- Our experienced service center has faster turn-around time than many other service centers.
- Service conducted by third-party unauthorized service centers voids this warranty.
- If watch qualifies for the manufacturer's warranty, watch will be sent to a manufacturer's authorized service center.
- If watch defective is notified within 7 days of receive (NOT due to wear and tear or misuse such as exceeding water resistance limit), we bear ALL shipping costs (in cases where TimePieceStore recommends a carrier but a different carrier is used, we will only pay for estimated cost of recommended carrier)
- If watch is defective within 30 days of receive (NOT due to wear and tear or misuse), TimePieceStore bears return shipping cost only

How does bracelet sizing work? |
|
We provide free bracelet sizing service. After the order is made, you will be contacted by our customer service representative for order fulfillment.
If the watch comes with a metal bracelet, you will be asked to provide the circumference of the wrist. Excessive links will be removed and sent along with the watch.
Note: Free bracelet sizing does not guarantee a perfect fit; it is an estimated measurement.

How do I make a purchase order? |

Simply choose
a product you like, add it to the shopping cart and checkout. You can then choose to create an account, login, or go straight to the payment page.
On the payment page, you can enter a discount code and choose the payment option (credit/debit card or PayPal). For credit/debit card payment, enter the shipping address and payment details. To checkout with PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal and complete payment details there.

If a lower price is offered at a legitimate website which provides original manufacturer warranty, we will match the price if it covers our costs. We however do not match prices offered at a physical store, and we reserve the right to verify the competitor's prices and availability before we confirm the final price. We cannot match price after the order is made.
